My name is Martinos, also known as Lens Vagabond. I was born on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus and currently live in Los Angeles, CA. I'm a visual story teller - a photographer and a tv/film editor.
I love traveling and documenting life around the world. I enjoy making photos of unexpected surrealism as well as photos that invoke our humanity.
I'm currently working on my first photo book entitled "Stories from Harsha Road". "Harsha" is the Hindi word for happiness and the book has been a long term project of mine. It documents my relationship to the city of Mysore in South India through a narrative of candid street photography and portraits shot over a period of 5 years.
I'm interested in creating art out of fragments of life that would otherwise be lost in time and space, never to be witnessed. Through my lens, I present you with my personal hallucination of reality.
Thanks for your interest and I hope you enjoy my work!
